• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS

• Other Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

These delays are rare but possible in logistics operations.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Missing or Delayed Orders

• Missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• If order not received, contact us within 7–10 days
• Claims beyond this period may not be accepted

Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Phone unreachable

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
