At Hush & Hymn, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Damaged product

• Wrong product received

• Manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused

• Tags must be intact

• Original packaging must be available

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Panties / Underwear

• Lingerie Sets

• Bodysuits

• Nightwear

• Stockings / Hosiery

• Sale / Discounted Items

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are subject to availability

• If replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after product inspection

• Refunds take 5-7 business days

• COD orders receive store credit or bank transfer
